Flyover projects abound in Central Florida — for now

A number of highway projects are going on here in Central Florida– and with each one of them, controversy abounds….

Some folks are fond of SunRail, which many expect to bring more business, visitors and jobs to the area.  Some oppose it because of it’s expense.

Some are as fond of these flyovers as I am and see their value, while some are understandably concerned about their expense and question the value.  I go against the grain and some who feel we’re to just accept some of the congestion flyovers relieve, and said as much when I spoke with the Orlando Sentinel the other day…

“But that wouldn’t work for many motorists. Among them is Realtor Dennis Burgess, who drives all over Central Florida to show, lease and sell property.

You appreciate that asphalt,’ Burgess said.”
