Wacky Wordless (or almost) Wednesday

You never know what you’re going to find when you visit a home for the first time.  We placed a property on the market a few short days ago, and I had 7 showings set for yesterday- busy, busy, busy. I didn’t sign up the listing, so my trip to the home for the showing was my first time there.

I arrived a few minutes before my first appointment and made my usual trip around the place to familiarize myself with things, look for issues that might cause a prospect to raise an objection, etc.  My goal is to never have a prospect ask “What the heck is that?” without my already having an answer for exactly what the heck that thing is.

Sometimes I win that game and sometimes I lose.  In this case, I couldn’t really formulate a good reason why anyone would’ve painted this dang A/C unit when they painted the rest of the garage.  The good thing about it?  None of my prospects even questioned it- which might very well be the oddest part of the story.
