Dear Mr. President:  Can we protect this ambassador?

Dear Mr. President,

The photo above is one of U.S. Ambassador Gerald M. Feierstein, our representative to Yemen.  You remember him, right?  Good.

Recent news out of Yemen has Al Qaeda’s branch of terrorists there placing a bounty equal to $160,000 on Ambassador Feierstein’s head- and a separate bounty equal to $23,000 on the head of every American soldier in the country.

Understanding your administration’s pitiful efforts toward protecting U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other American heroes in Benghazi, Libya not too long ago, I just wanted to bring this whole “bounty thing” to your attention.

Be sure, Mr. President, that we haven’t forgotten Benghazi and our heroes who perished there- nor have we forgotten efforts by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, U.S. Ambassador Susan Rice and others to purvey a never-ending stream of falsehoods to the American public in seeking to cover up any of your potential wrongdoings there and stall congressional investigations into the same.

No, we haven’t forgotten Bengahazi, Mr. President- and I hope you haven’t, either.  For it’s the lessons your administration learned from the deaths of four patriots that you must now rely upon to protect Ambassador Feierstein and others.

You didn’t place a great deal of value on the lives of three American soldiers and our Libyan ambassador, Mr. President- but can we protect this ambassador?

Dear Mr. President:  Can we protect this ambassador?
