A different kind of Independence Day

A different kind of Independence Day

A different kind of Independence Day

Well, Independence Day 2014 itself has flown by!  I posted a traditional holiday message on Friday- and it can be found here: http://actvra.in/4jV8

This Independence Day message is more of an announcement, though- as I’m glad to let everyone know that I’ve settled into things with my new company- Total Realty Corp.

Yep, I’ve moved!  I’ve left the mother land my previous broker, and I’m now seeking to do great things in a brand-new nation called America with Total Realty Corp.

I’ll be handling a portfolio of residential rental properties as I’ve done for a majority of my 13 years in the real estate world- and that’s where you come in! I need to build a portfolio once again before I can manage one, though (trying to manage a portfolio before it exists would be pretty dang crazy!) and it’s referrals from those who I’ve come to know in varying degrees over the past few years whom I’m placing my trust in to help me do that portfolio buildin’.

My pledge to all is that I plan on building my portfolio smartly- managing properties in areas which I’ve gotten very familiar with over the last few years. One can only provide effective and efficient property management services if the properties are nearby, so I’ll be careful not to take ones too far away.

I won’t grow my portfolio too big, either. After doing this a number of years, I know what I can handle and what I can’t- and my ability to maintain a high degree of service to my existing clients will be paramount when deciding to manage a new property.

Over time (as I’ve come to put it), I’ve been incredibly blessed with opportunities to do a number of things that others have considered impressive. Any modicum of success I’ve managed to enjoy is owing to the support, kind words and trust that those same folks have placed in me.

“So how can I help you now, Dennis Burgess?” Great question- and the answer’s a fairly simple one: if you or any of your clients, customers or friends is in need of professional property management or leasing services, give me a call or pass my information along to them so that they may do so. I won’t disappoint!

Also, kindly visit my profile on LinkedIn for a wealth of information about me that may help you in deciding whether to send anyone my way: http://www.linkedin.com/in/orlandopropertymanager/

I don’t believe I’ve ever asked folks to recommend me on there- but if you’re one who knows me fairly well and wishes for me to succeed, I’d ask you kindly to take a moment or two and put down a few words.

It’s an exciting time! News story after news story has told of how great the market is for rentals right now- and my real-world, “boots on the ground” experience these days follows suit. A famous line from the movie “Field of Dreams” instructed a farmer that “If you build it, they will come”. I tell folks that if they trust me with their quality investment properties, I’ll get them rented as quickly as possible- and get them rented to prospects-turned-tenants who have gone through Total Realty Corp.‘s stringent application process and passed with flying colors.

Thank you one and all for your support in the past and your time spent reading this. Thank you for considering me and Total Realty the next time the opportunity presents itself, and thank you for your time should you be able to recommend me and/or my services.

May God bless and keep you and yours for the remainder of this holiday weekend, and may He continue to bless America.
